This initial offering is for approximately 4,000 harvested and scaled Teak logs. These are 40 plus-year-old, very high quality Teak logs with dark heartwood.  Minimum bid is $850 US per cubic meter FOB. Response to this bid request will give the bidder priority access to future offerings from some of the largest, most plentiful, and highest quality virgin tropical hardwoods on the contintent.

This offering is for virgin standing timber from plantations that are distributed over eight Community Forests approaching almost 1,000 acres in area and containing timber that is immediately available with clean and clear title. The quantity and quality of tropical hardwood timber found on these plantations is extraordinary. The awarded bid will provide access to some of the largest, most plentiful, and highest quality tropical hardwoods on the continent.

The following tables, based on a very limited and preliminary survey of the Garley Town, Duogee Town and Jaybo Plantations, verify the rich hardwood resources available through this offering.
